Who Are We?

Rail City Industries is a non-profit, community-based organization that provides housing and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

We extend support and services to the community via

Residential Group Homes
We provide residential group homes for disabled individuals— a group living home and a supported independent living house.
Vocational Programs
We offer training programs for individuals with varying abilities to participate and learn essential life, leisure, and work skills.
SARRC Oil Recycling
Is a provincially funded service to the community of Melville operated by Rail City Industries.

We recently launched a vocational program, Chefs in Training, which supports individuals with disabilities in participating in and growing in culinary careers. In the program, participants make dishes like cookies, dainties, perogies, lasagna, and cabbage rolls.
